This body of work is a line of questioning regarding ideas of cosmic communication. The pieces presented are abstract representations of real yet shadowy concepts surrounding this phenomena: illusions, tools, maps, and indications. The presence of the hand in this work points to the translation glitch between the assumed laser precision of non-human intelligence, contrasted against the innate incumbrance of an earthbound mortal.

Solar activated fluid on clay discs formed by centripetal force, copper crystals grown with electricity, molten metal cooling into multidimensional square pyramids - the processes used in my work desire to speak to the intersection between nature and magic.
